Ordering Information for Bush Medicine of the Bahamas

Option 1 (Bahamas only): If you are a resident of the Bahamas, the most economical option is to purchase the book locally from a bookstore in the Bahamas (or see other options below). Note: this book will soon be out-of-print, after which, it will be only available as an e-book. Details later.

Bahamian retail outlets

Option 2 (All countries - shipped by a 3rd party in the U.S.): Make arrangements with a friend or family member in the U.S. who can deliver the book to you in person, or has experience shipping items to you. The book is shipped to a verifiable U.S. destination via Media Mail. The delivery address must be a residential street address, not a Post Office Box, and not a commercial re-shipper address. The cost is $46.00 (includes shipping and delivery confirmation). See retail orders. Delivery by Media Mail typically takes 2 to 8 days, depending on the destination and time of year. Orders are shipped twice a week, typically on Tuesday and Friday.


Option 3 (E-book for selected countries. Available only after the hardback edition is out of print. Orders must be approved. This is primarily for countries where we do not have distributors and therefore difficult or expensive to ship individual physical books. For additional information see E-book Orders. Terms and Conditions (for shipping option 2): Books that have been shipped may be returned for a refund if the book is in its original condition (including the original shrink wrap) within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies on returns. Out-bound and in-bound shipping fees are not refundable.
